Off to see the wi ... find the Morant stones -o*
Out on the front steps in front of the Wizardsī Guild Hall again something suddenly dawned on Moosty
and he placed Lula carefully on the back of a stone lion beside the steps.
Then he sat himself down on the steps so their
eyes was more or less on the same height and said in a serious tone of voice: "You are - a woman ... I mean - all the while
I was ... babbling about my problems last night you were a .. human - not a pussilainious
"Yes, sweetie" Lula said with
a small smile beneath her whiskers "And you were talking - and crying. NOT babbling! But that doesnīt change what I said.
I still feel sorry for you. Would feel sorry for you even if I was a woman. ... which I hopefully will be soon - itīs very
cosy being a pussilainious ... Oh, you are so cute when you blush! But - I would prefer going back to being human. But I still
feel sorry for you no matter what - Felicia should be very shamed of herself! ... which she probably never will be"

blushed even deeper thinking about the things he had said. And how he had cuddle and petted her in bed last night ... Really!
"Iīm sorry - ever so sorry ..... I didnīt mean to - I mean ... Oh, shoot! How can I ever make it up to you? I didnīt know
... And all the pet names I called you and - and …”
"And I loved every minute of it" Lula said softly and look
as lovingly at him as a pussilainious is able to. And since the species of pussilainious was made by the love goddess herself
Moosty blushed even deeper and felt a very lucky - though embarrassed - guy
And Lula told him to stop worrying about it.
She had jump up on his bed after all. Hadnīt mentioned at all that she wasnīt a pussilainious for good. Then she added seriously;
"But - you also seem to me to be a very romantic guy who idolize people ... Put them up on a pedestal and then become a very
disappointed boy when they turn out to just ordinary humans. Am I right so far, sweetie?”
Moosty hesitated a bit.
Then nodded looking down at his boots so he didnīt see the loving smile Lula send him. And before she could say anything more
Billy Bobīs deep voice yelled hello across the street and the troll came running over to shake Moostyīs hand
Polite as
always - or most of the time to be precise - Moosty presented the troll for Lula and vice versa making sure to point out she
was really a woman who was only a pussilainious at the moment
Moosty thought his friend looked a bit strangely at Lula
but the troll only greeted her friendly like. And Lula giggled a bit and then said "We have met already, sweetie. At Kalinkaīs
party a week ago, right, Billy Bob?"
Billy Bob nodded with a grin. Then Lula said seriously "Maybe you better go on home,
Moosty. Your mother will start thinking I have abducted you or something if she donīt see you soon. And you want to say hello
to the rest of your family too, I imagine"
Moosty said he didnīt particularly want to meet his family. He felt much like
a dog coming home with its tail between its legs after being whipped ... Literally, since one of the young men beating him
had had a whip he used on Moostyīs back calling him a dog as well as a troll ...
"Couldnīt I go with you to the mountains
instead - please? That way it will take weeks before I get home and - and ... No, I know that is a stupid idea ... Itīs Christmas
in a week and - and my mother will be ever so mad - and sad too ... "
Moosty hang his head again. But Lula said with a
smile in her voice "I was going to ask you if you would come with me. Both of you actually since I might have to dig or something
to get the Morant stone free of the ground. And it will only take a couple of days - not weeks. But I think we should go home
and tell your mother first, Moosty. And you should tell your family too, Billy Bob - so nobody gets nervous about where you
are at"
"Yes, Ma'am" Billy Bob grinned
And so they did. And Lula managed to talk so much about their little trip to
the mountains that Moostyīs family didnīt ask him too many embarrassing questions. Beside - they loved him and didnīt want
to make him sad so they would probably had gone easy on him anyway.
Tessa was a bit worried though for all three of them.
Told them several times to avoid the soldiers and dress warmly and - and ... Moosty laughed and hugged her and said she was
a silly mumsy
Where as Lula on the other hand - paw? - promised seriously to do her outmost to get all three of them back
in one piece
